This trailer has spent time at the beach, in the mountains, in friends backyards, and in national parks. There’s nothing better than a cold beer (or two) by the fire pit with your friends or family. All we ask is that you please be considerate of our property and leave it the way you found it. This vehicle is used by many families with young kids so we ask that you do your part and respect it.* NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE UNIT. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking a service fee of $500 will be claimed from your security deposit plus any additional fees needed to clean the unit.* We charge a mandatory $100 preparation and sanitation fee. This fee is NOT a cleaning fee. Renters are required to clean the unit at the end of rental with the provided supplies (i.e. antibacterial spray, paper towels, broom/dust pan, vacuum). Any units left dirty will be charged $50/hr with a one-hour minimum.* If you leave the unit in a state that requires excessive cleaning, you will be charged up to $500.* We allow a maximum of TWO dogs. At no point should the dogs be left unattended in the camper unless they are kenneled. Being in an unfamiliar and enclosed space may cause anxiety resulting in potential damage to the unit. We also ask that the pets are not on the couch to avoid scratching of the leather. Please be courteous of this rule as these vehicles are extremely difficult to fix given the complexity and scarcity of parts. Better mattresses! It wasnt much thicker than a comforter. I brought a 2 inch topper and it was still VERY hard. Have the owner remove personal items. Every cabinet had owners items including children's books, life vest, many pots, bowls, cups and coffee. A few pots and utensils are fine. Booking, drop off and pick up (you transported), friendliness, discount and payment were great! A nice touch was turning on the fridge and the rugs! Adding an extension cord and adapter for electric hookup ( I borrowed someones) and a front stablizer (borrowed a bottle jack) would also be fantastic as would having a screen on the window above the bed. Overall a great experience for a long time RV camper.

Really good experience, would definitely do it again! Toilet and fresh water hose leaked so had to leave pump and water off unless needed, but overall a great experience. Kevin was very responsive to all communication which we really appreciated.
