He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and his attention to detail made us feel completely at ease. Russ went above and beyond with the setup, making sure everything was ready to go so we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. It was such a relief knowing we could just enjoy our trip without stress. His professionalism and kindness really stood out, and it made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
