You will experience a luxurious home on wheels with this motorhome! The rear private bedroom has a king-size bed slide to rest your head on at night, a large wardrobe to keep your clothes looking nice, and a chest of drawers with an area for the optional TV to be added. The separated bathroom allows one to wash up for dinner while another takes a relaxing hot shower in the 26" x 38" shower. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare delicious home cooked meals and a 42" x 68" dinette with a Hi-Lo table to enjoy them at. The 40" x 66" sofa/bed is a great place to take an afternoon nap, as well as transform into an extra sleeping space or you can switch it out for the optional theater seating. RV was dropped off for a 2 day music festival. When we arrived there were no instructions of any sort. The water in the shower trickled and was not warm/hot. The refrigerator was non functional.
The next day an employee of the rental company came out. He admitted that the reason the water trickled was because he had forgotten to flip some sort of switch when he dropped the RV off. The hot water was a mystery but finally after many hours he managed to fix the hot water issue. The refrigerator never worked at all.
The technician did bring us a couple coolers full of ice later in the day.
The “kitchen package” I purchased consisted of new, in the box, albeit extremely low quality, pots and pans, silverware and plates. The technician advised that they buy cheap items at WalMart and then throw it all away after each rental.
Given the cost, nearly $5,000, of the rental we thought some sort of refund was in order.
We went home and called the owner multiple times. More than a week later he has not responded.
I would think to retain clients for future rentals and to generally be fair that a refund in the $1,000 range would be appropriate. Apparently, they have their money and are on to the next event. Lack of refrigeration at a two day festival is a BIG DEAL. This is system that should be checked prior to delivery. Beyond the spoiled food and the aggravation I am most disappointed in being ignored post rental.
I realize unforeseen things happen but a quality business would address the issue and offer some sort of accommodation.

RV delivered clean and on-time. Retrieval was on-time also. RV worked great, no issues.
