Host stayed after hours for pickup, provided instructions, and was available. But RV was not ready, interior was dirty, walkaround was worthless, and technician never showed up for broken fridge.
Travel experience was enjoyable
Refrigerator and freezer were not working. Generator issues meant no AC for driving. No wifi/connectivity, and exterior radio/speakers were inoperable.

4.0Delivery and setup were great. Our issue was that refrigerator and freezer were not working and the technician never showed up. A definite inconvenience for our rental, but we survived.

5.0We had reserved RV with another service that fell through at the last minute and UT really came through for my family. They stayed after hours to check over the pickup process and instructions; and made themselves available to us during the entire experience. Great job and very professional as well. Thanks to Micheal and Bobby our July 4th holiday was filled with great memories. Will definitely use them in the future.

2.0RV was not ready for pickup upon arrival. Exterior was being washed and interior had not been cleaned. It was booked for pickup on the 28th and we picked up on the 29th. This should have been ready for departure on the day it was scheduled for pickup. Had we not questioned the cleanliness of the interior, we would have been sent on our way with nasty floors and countertops. They did briefly Swiffer and wipe down the counters after being questioned. The walk around and operators tour was worthless. We were told a key didnt work to a bay because it "Hadnt been oiled." Generator had issues prior to departure and did not work all of day one, this meant no AC in the back during the two hour drive. No wifi or connectivity. Exterior radio and speakers inoperable.
