Towing Requirements: Renter’s vehicle must have a working brake controller installed before pickup. We will provide the correct hitch receiver and ball mount.
Safe Driving: Maximum speed while towing is 65 mph. No off-roading, dirt tracks, or unpaved/muddy fields.
Setup & Breakdown: Use the power tongue jack, stabilizers, and awning only as demonstrated in the walkthrough. Do not force any mechanisms.
Awning Use: Retract the electric awning if winds exceed 15 mph or when leaving the campsite. Awning damage is the renter’s responsibility.
Smoking/Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the camper. A cleaning fee will be charged if odor is detected.
Cleanliness: Return the camper swept out, surfaces wiped, dishes washed, and all included items (chairs, rug, grill, games) accounted for. Beds should be stipped, sheets and towels in the provided hamper.
Propane & Fuel: Return propane tanks full, or we’ll refill for a set fee.
Respect the Rig: No climbing on the roof, moving furniture, or altering décor. Treat it as you would your own home.
