In the rare event that an on site service/repair must be made, and it is determined that the issue was caused by the renter (or their guests), the renter may be charged a service call out fee along with any other repair charges.
When delivered, all campers will be parked/backed in as intended by the design of the campground. The camper will be positioned so that it meets the confines of the site/space that it was assigned. Requests for 45° angle, "U" shape, or reverse facing configurations will not be entertained. These configurations make removal of the camper infinitely more difficult in emergency/evacuation situations.
