Well maintained NON-Smoking travel trailer. Walk around Queen size bed (mattress new 2017). Sleeps 2 adults comfortably and up to 3 small children on fold down couch and table. TV will operate on cable only. All your dishes, utensils (for cooking and eating), small collapsible table, cups and mugs, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove and microwave, dish washing soap, liquid hand soap, and cleaning supplies are provided. The sofa bed folds down to accommodate children. The dining area turns into a sleeping area for small children, if needed. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. Sink is located in bedroom. There is a privacy curtain to the master/bathroom ere is plenty of storage inside. There is a large awning. We also provide an outdoor carpet for use and 2 camping chairs. The only thing you'll need to bring is your food and clothing! Please let us know where you plan on taking the trailer, how many people and if any pets will be using it and what your tow vehicle is. Delivery and set-up is available for a fee of $300.00 within 100 kms. as this involves 4 trips for us. To pull this unit you will need a 1/2 ton truck, we have the hitch. There will be a cleaning fee charged of $50.00 if unit is not returned clean. We do not rent our RV for festivals or jamborees. Please message for any further details.
