• Return trailer grey and black water tanks empty or you will be charged $60 • Do not climb on roof or hang from awning • Smoking or unauthorized pets in trailer will result in loss of deductible • Trailer returned in unsatisfactory condition will result in loss of deductible • Guests are expected to return the trailer clean and in the same condition as they received it • All rentals require power hookup or generator rental. Renters can use their own generator upon approval. If renter does not have generator or does not have a site with power, RV will not be allowed to go out if no power available. Otherwise renter will be responsible for cost to replace battery in unit. 3500w minimum required. • Dump fee is mandatory for all stationary rentals. No exceptions.
