One rental experienced 7.5hr late delivery, non-pickup, and unresponsiveness during issues. Conversely, previous renters highlighted great communication, fantastic setup, and thoughtful extras.

1.0On our 13th rental with outdoorsy, we had bad luck. The rental arrived 7.5 hours late. Had that been it, no biggie. But then to discover beds not made, only a partial roll of toilet paper and the trailer was dirty. The air conditioner, although working was extremely loud, even for RV standards. the next morning, we discovered the coffee maker missing parts and the awning did not work. Lastly, the camper was not picked up when promised so the park service had to reach out to me for contact info for the host. It’s difficult for me to leave such a review but our fellow campers insisted it wouldn’t be fair to potential renters not to be honest. Through all this, the last response I received from any messages to the host was at 7:15 the first night. The trailer arrived at 10:45.
