Any evidence will result in a minimum $250 cleaning/odor remediation fee. * Pets Allowed with Approval Only: Pets must be disclosed and approved before booking. Pets must be well-behaved, supervised at all times, and kept off furniture and beds as much as possible. Any damage, odor, or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges. * Proper Tow Requirements (Mandatory): Renter must provide a properly rated tow vehicle with 7-pin connection and functioning brake controller. No exceptions. Failure to meet requirements will result in trip cancellation without refund. * Authorized Use Only: No off-road travel, rough terrain, or use on unapproved roads. Camper must be used only for camping/lodging purposes—no hauling materials, equipment, or commercial use. * No Roof Access: Climbing or walking on the roof is strictly prohibited under all circumstances. * Return Condition Requirements: Camper must be returned in similar condition as received. Interior must be swept, trash removed, and surfaces wiped down. Tanks must be emptied or a $75 dump fee applies. * Pickup/Return Times: Late returns will incur $50 per hour late fee or result in additional day charges unless previously discussed and approved with the host. * Damage Reporting Required: Any damage, malfunction, or issue must be reported immediately during the rental period. Failure to report may result in full responsibility for repairs. * Security Deposit Enforcement: Any damage, missing items, or rule violations will be deducted from the security deposit and/or billed directly if costs exceed deposit. This camper is professionally maintained and expected to be treated with care. Guests who respect the rules will have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
