Dumping Fee: The RV is to be returned with black or grey tanks empty. Otherwise, a service fee of $100 will be deducted from the deposit.
**
Refueling Fee: The RV is to be returned with the same amount of gas as it is received. Otherwise, $4.5 per gallon refueling fee will be charged.
**
Late Fee: The RV is to be returned at the pre-agreed return time. Otherwise, $25 per hour late fee will be charged.
**
Please note that pickup/return time during weekdays is limited to 4pm-7pm only.

"The renter's plan was to depart in the early morning at 1 or 2AM. Instead
of booking one more night and picking up the day before, the renter asked
to pick up at 12AM on the departure day, which I mistook for 12PM since the
scheduled pickup time was 3PM. When I realized that, I tried to hand
the unit over as early as possible and the renter picked it up at 8AM, 7
hours ahead of the scheduled time. It was a 2,300 mile trip and with about
300 miles left on the trip, the renter reported that the unit shook when
driving above 60 mph and asked for compensation. I was a new owner and
contacted Outdoorsy how to handle the situation. It took some time and when
I tried to find a mobile repair crew, it was late Sunday afternoon and
nobody was available. Since the unit was still driveable, I asked the
renter to drive at a slower speed. The unit was returned at 7AM the next
morning, some 20 hours past the scheduled return time. In total, I offered
the renter some 27 extra hours for free."

If I could give this owner/rv pzero stars I would. This owner had poor communication from the very beginning. And it caused our trip to be delayed. While driving the RV, we discovered that at above 60mph the vehicle shook really bad. So we had to drive under the speed limit and this caused more serious delays for our trip. We contacted the owner and roadside assistance (which never came) and the owner delayed our trip even more because of his failure to communicate with us that roadside assistance was waiting on him to call back and approve the cost of the mobile mechanic. Do not use this RV. The vehicle was dangerous to drive. And the owner’s lack of communication made the experience worst.
