This rv does not have the standard 5th wheel pin for a catch plate style hitch.If you are a CA resident and are towing this RV, you must have a CA Class A non-commercial drivers license due to GVWR of the trailer.Don’t worry about dumping the black and gray tanks (unless you need to while staying at a RV resort for several days). I will take care of the final dumping for you.Request that you clean up the inside of the RV after rental is complete.
I will do the deep cleaning after.No cats allowed. We are very allergic to them.No smoking inside of the RVOnly put toilet paper down the toilet/black tankDo not put food debris or grease down any of the sinksNo burning man festival. $1000 cleaning fee will be added if the RV is taken there.
