✅ During these times of extra sanitation, renters are bringing their own bedding & towels. We can provide sheets, blankets & towels for our out-of- town guests, of course 😉 ✅ Furry co-pilot criteria 🐶: Dogs only (max 2). Dog must be a small breed (under 50lbs) low/no-shedding. Dogs must have their own doggie beds and are not allowed on furniture or RV beds. There is a $125 pet fee (per dog) that will be deducted from your security deposit upon return. ✅ Please note our RV's are not equipped to travel to any areas with freezing temps or chance of snow. Please look up the weather at your destination(s) prior to booking. ✅ PICKUP TIME: 3:00PM | RETURN TIME: 11:00AM - if you would like to pick-up earlier and/or return later, you will see an add-on you can add to your booking during checkout. Early Departure/Late Return is based on availability. We'll reach out to you if it interferes with an existing booking 😊 ✅ RV is not to be driven on sand. No sand camping. ✅ Sorry...no Burning Man :( ✅ RV must be returned in the same interior and exterior condition as it was received or an additional charge of $200.00 cleaning fee ($120 interior, $80 exterior) will be charged to pay for cleaners and wash crew. ✅ We like to keep our Security Deposit low, so we require all renters to add on the Damage Protection Plan when you're selecting your Insurance plan through Outdoorsy. It's a no-brainer and provides peace-of-mind for both owner and renter. One time fee of $69.00 paid to Outdoorsy for your entire trip. No deductible. Covers interior damage. 👍 ✅ No towing allowed. ✅ Please make sure you have full hook-ups at your site. "Dry camping" (no hookups) should only be done by very experienced RVers. ✅ Last (but most important) rule...ENJOY YOUR TRIP!!!!
