2017 Keystone Cougar 31sqb. This trailer total length is 35 ft. Lots of aluminum in the framing so it's only 7100 lb dry. Very lightweight and easily can be towed with a half ton newer truck. This is a very desirable rear bunk bed room with three bunk beds and a queen bed on the ground. Also couch and u-shaped dinette convert to double beds. Front private queen bedroom is separated from the rest of the trailer. TV with DVD player. Indoor outdoor stereo and speakers. 20 ft electric awning. Electric tongue jack. Very nice outdoor kitchen. Two slide outs really opened up the floor plan and gives it a very spacious feeling. Higher end finishes and Cabinetry inside. Full size kitchen and bathroom. Three night minimum requirement. Damage deposit required. Weight distribution hitch and Generator available. Holiday rates and special event pricing may vary
