Easy to use, smooth to drive. Just an all around good space to stay.

This RV has definitely been a "rental unit" for a while with considerable wear and tear to the interior and upholstery (photo attached). The exterior of the unit was dirty and dusty upon pick up. I was told they deliver it dirty because, being a large RV, it's too hard for people to wash it upon return. Fair enough. But I was charged an additional cleaning fee upon return due to "mud". I took photos of the exterior upon return where you can see small mud splashes behind the wheels but the rest of the exterior is cleaner than when I picked it up. I was also charged $300 for sewer cleaning. I had cleaned both black water tanks and grey water tanks the morning of return. The black water tank gauge was inop indicating 67% full the entire rental, even after emptying, so the only way to verify cleaning was visually, which we did, so not sure how there would still have been material in the tank. The host who did the check out was not present upon return, so no check in procedure was done while I was there, or until the following day. In retrospect doing a check in could've alleviated any misunderstandings and allowed me to address any concerns. Other than that the RV functioned properly and the owners (not Bryan apparently) were helpful during the check out. Problems could've been avoided if the unit had been delivered clean and mechanical and electrical indicators weren't glitchy.

We loved this RV! It was very roomy and provided an ample amount of space for four people. The two bathrooms allowed for privacy if needed and a good separation of space. Having the auto leveling and the screen for operating the mechanical slides and awning made everything a breeze. It was surprisingly maneuverable and we were able to get everywhere we needed. The RV had everything we needed including linens, utensils, and cleaning supplies. We really appreciated how the hosts went through everything with us and we will be renting this RV again!
