As a responsible RV rental company, we take the safety and maintenance of our vehicles very seriously. In order to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all of our customers, we have a set of rules that must be followed during your rental period.First and foremost, we do not allow any climbing on the roof of the RV. This is for your safety as well as the preservation of the vehicle. Additionally, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV, as it can cause damage and leave lingering odors. We also ask that you refrain from jumping in or on the RV, as this can cause structural damage. And finally, no large parties or gatherings are allowed inside the RV. Furthermore, we have a strict policy against partying inside the RV. While we want you to have an enjoyable experience during your rental period, it's important to respect our guidelines behavior within our vehicles. If any of these rules are not followed or damages are found upon return of the vehicle, we reserve the right to deduct from your security deposit. Furthermore, please note that all waste tanks will be empty at pick up and should be returned in the same condition to avoid additional charges. For Drivable rentals specifically, fuel tank levels should also be returned at the same level given to avoid refueling fees. By following these guidelines, you can help us maintain our high standards and ensure a positive experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation!
