Very easy to drive, very comfortable & ready to roll!!Overview
Master Bedroom: Comfortable queen size bed, his & hers closets, fan & TV.Additional Beds: Kitchen dinette & couch fold into beds slightly larger than twin size. There is also a queen size loft with additional storage around it that drops down from above driver & passenger seats.Indoor Kitchen: Kitchen has a gas stove top & oven, over range microwave, fridge/freezer & pantry that slides out. Dinette seats 4 adults comfortably.Bathroom: Shower is seperate from restroom, giving you extra space. Vanity & above storage in bathroom for all of your necessities & toiletries. Toilet paper & septic tabs will be provided.Entertainment: TV in master & living room come with smart devices for you to log into your streaming apps. Radio on dash works on all speakers throughout RV.ON Request:

In cases of strong cooking odors or excessive frying, there is an additional cleaning fee of $500.You must also consider the dumping of gray and black tanks, which is mandatory unless you opt for the Optional Dump Fee of $100. We will gladly clean out the grey and black water tanks for you upon your return.To avoid additional charges, please return the gas fuel tank full, as failure to do so will result in a refueling fee of $50 plus the cost of fuel.We have a strict no-smoking or vaping policy inside the RV, with a Smoking Fee of $500 applied upon return inspection.As fellow dog enthusiasts, we happily welcome pets for an extra fee of $200 per approved animal, with a maximum of 2 animals allowed.Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in fees being deducted from the security deposit.For stationary rentals where the RV will not be driven, please note the delivery fee, which covers the round trip for delivery and pick up.
