The 28BKS is a half-ton or SUV towable bunkhouse with a half outdoor kitchen. The entry door opens into the living area where the sofa and kitchen slide out to provide more living space. The full size dinette booth is across from the sofa (sofa and dinette collapse for additional sleeping space). The master bedroom is in the front of the coach and has a privacy wall that doubles as the entertainment center. The queen bed is a full walk around with a privacy door on each side of the bed. The rear bunk bed is a double bed bunk with a single bed bunk over top. The bathroom is a full bath equipped with a sink, tub with shower surround, foot flush toilet and medicine cabinet.

An electric brake control is a requirement for any customer renting a travel trailer. If a unit is not installed on your vehicle, one will be installed prior to leaving with the unit or the unit will not be allowed to leave and the renter will forfeit the deposit. If you are unsure if you have the proper wiring please call or drive through the lot. We offer a complimentary consultation so you know any additional expenses prior to renting.
To respect food allergies, if you are bringing seafood, it must be kept in a separate cooler and not in the refrigerator. If you are bringing peanut butter or food with peanuts, please store them in a Ziploc bag or seal-able container.
Midland RV is a pet friendly business. If bringing pets on a camping trip, the unit should be thoroughly cleaned before returned to respect customers who may have allergies. If hair or pet dander is found in the unit, a $75 cleaning fee will be deducted from the reservation deposit. If your pet climbs on furniture, it is recommended to take additional sheets to cover the dinettes and sofa.
