A stand-up shower, sink and toilet are at your disposal – with toilet paper and septic tabs provided. As you reach the tail end of the living area, you will enter into the primary bedroom. Here you can anticipate a comfortable king size bed to rest up, and lots of storage space so you can unpack and unwind. Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim. Awesome rental from Fireside. Myself and 2 friends rented this 34 foot Class A Southwind to drive a few hours north to Bonnaroo Music Festival. Once situated we had 0 issues with the camper, the AC ran cold, the water pump and water heater provided us hot showers every day, cooking was easy with the integrated stove and microwave, and the fridge alternates on propane/electricity for all-day food storage. We camped out for 4 days and it was amazing. Comfortable and spacious, equipped with everything you need for your vacation. Jason is extremely fast to respond and is as helpful as I could possibly wish for. 5/5 I would rent from Fireside again.
