"Pepper" is a new 2021 Fantom Teardrops Outlook Premium Teardrop Camper made in Dalton, Georgia. This spicy little gal is cozy and comfortable and makes for a great safe and dry night's sleep at a campground or boondocking in the wilds.Gross vehicle weights is 1550 lbs dry, and 1650 when the 10 gallon water tank is full.See all of her features here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8iM2Jdf6-NoThe camper sleeps 2 humans (sorry no pets) and has a 4" full size mattress that folds into a couch, which provides some comfort when it might be raining. (Note that you cannot stand up in the teardrop!)The custom-made birch interior comes with reading lights, a Fantastic Fan for superior ventilation, doors that lock, window screens, and plenty of interior storage for clothes.The galley kitchen is in the hatchback. It features a stainless steel countertop, drawers and cupboards for storage, an Iceco refrigerator/freezer that runs off of the battery, solar power, or shore power, as well as a sink with hot/cold water with a 10 gallon fresh water tank.The hot water is provided via an exterior mounted propane tank that also heats water for the exterior shower head, perfect for rinsing off (shower tent/enclosure not included at this time).Pepper also features an exterior accessory table that mounts to the side of the trailer and is perfect for a cook stove, your coffee set up or a prep/serve area.You'll find easy shelter from the rain via a Smittybuilt awning that extends out to provide ample space for staying out of the rain/sun.The trailer tongue is wide and has a storage box that holds the power cords, water hose, wheel chocks and necessary tools. It does have some extra room for you to store camp chairs or the like. Your trailer hitch should have a 2" ball. Ideally, it should be mounted such that the top of the ball is set about 19" above the ground. Minimally, it can be as low as 15".

What type of light connection does the camper require?

The camper has a 4 pin connector for lights. Lights include running lights, brake lights and turn signals.

What is the required towing capacity for my vehicle to safely tow Pepper?

R.

Your vehicle should have a towing capacity of 1700 pounds minimum. The camper weighs 1550 dry and 1650 when the water tank is full. If you store any additional items in the camper while towing, your vehicle should have a higher towing capacity to account for this.

Hello! My wife Allison and I purchased Pepper in January 2021 and are excited to share her with all of you. We are weekend trippers and outdoor enthusiasts who wanted a softer, drier place to lay our heads when on camping trips. We have enjoyed taking her around Illinois and Wisconsin and are looking forward to longer trips out west. We hope you enjoy Pepper as much as we do. She's a spicy little thing!
