Provides detailed vehicle explanations
Hans dedicates time for thorough walkthroughs, explaining every detail of the camper before and during handover. He provides prompt, top-notch communication and ensures renters' needs are met, making pick-up and drop-off easy.
Drives smoothly despite its size
The van is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and in perfect working condition, with all amenities functioning seamlessly. It features comfortable fold-out mattresses and provides everything needed for a comfortable family trip.

5.0Fantastic first time RV rental experience! Hans was an absolute pleasure to rent from. As a first timer, I had plenty of questions, but his communication throughout the entire process was top notch. He dedicated all the time needed to walk me through every detail of his camper both before and during the handover, which made me feel completely at ease. The unit itself was exceptionally clean and well taken care of, you can truly tell when someone takes pride in their belongings. Everything worked seamlessly. Without a doubt, I will rent from Hans again. Super-friendly host, 100% recommended!

5.0Explored Lake Superior coastline for 2 weeks and ran on solar power when parked the entire time. Furnace kept unit comfortable even on 3 degree nights. Bed fits 2 people with room to spare. Great to drive even in heavy traffic. Potable water tank lasted 4-5 days with moderate use.

5.0This rental was super clean, and had everything we needed. Myself, my wife and our one and a half year-old toddler we’re super comfortable. Hans is extremely accommodating and make sure we have everything we needed prior to our trip.

5.0This van is absolutely stunning! It has everything you could ask for and is very smooth to drive despite its size. Hans was a pleasure to deal with, incredibly friendly and quick with communication whenever I had questions. If I had more time I would have loved to grab a beer with him. The van is 10/10, would highly reccomend

5.0I had never rented a camper van or dealt with Outdoorsy prior to my trip so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But it was a pleasure dealing with Hans who made pick up & drop off very easy. He explained everything about the vehicle which was spotlessly clean and in perfect working condition. I drove several hundred km/day and had no issues. I felt very safe driving it. Hans answered all my questions very promptly and I would rent from him again and highly recommend to anyone wanting to rent a RV/Camper Van. Lou-Anne
