This is the perfect trailer if you are looking to get away, recharge and enjoy your surroundings. This trailer is extremely clean, cozy and comes with lots of comfortable space to sleep (all upgraded beds), and play games at the dinner table. Enjoy a 3 burner cooktop, stove (propane powered), plenty of storage for for s’mores and camp coffee, comfortable sofa with storage, interior/exterior speakers, outdoor shower and push-button awning. Plus plenty of windows and ceiling vents to allow the outdoors in. 60 gallons fresh water tank to handle a nice vacation away from it all or around your favorite family members.Additional features include air conditioning, propane powered furnace and hot water heater, Auto controlled fridge (electric/propane), screen door, top of the line anti-sway/ weight distributing hitch/bar.
The trailer comes fully stocked with your basic essentials, including linens and towels, if requested, at no additional charge. Can’t rememeber how to use something? We have a renter friendly How-To/Reminder info binder so you have a reference if you have questions. We even deliver, setup, and pick up and dump tanks for you.Sleep Setup: Sleeps up to 5 adults comfortably. No need to sleep on a fold out sofa or eating nook.
1 short queen bed, upgraded 9inch mattress, with pillow top cover. (up to 2 adults)
1 double bunk bed: Lower bunk up to 2 adults, top bunk 1 adult. Up to 4 children max on both beds. Weight limit for top bunk is 300 pounds. Both bunk beds have added support foam mattress pads.
1-2 small children (eating nook transforms into a small bed), sleeping bag(s) needs to be provided by renter. No linens are provided for the bed. Pillows are included.
Sofa transforms to bed but not recommend as a bed.***If dry camping a generator will be needed. The generator is used for AC and electrical outlet output. We provide a generator (Honda 3000I) but dates need to be approved by 3rd party. Generator comes with full tank of gas. Renters is responsible to provide additional gas and return with a full tank. ******Owner Delivery, Setup, Pickup is provided at an additional charge. MIN Rental 4 Days IF Owner Delivers over 25 miles away. A dumping charge of $100 will be automatically added to rental to cover Owner who will dump, flush and clean tanks for Renter. After September 4th, in order for Owners to deliver, setup and pickup scheduling CAN Only BE Done on weekends due to work schedule. When Renter chooses to pull trailer themselves, Roadside Assistance is mandatory ($15/day). Please provide own linens when bringing pets. Late fees charged if Renter shows up late within 45 minutes of scheduled pickup and dropoff. Please allow for up to 45 minutes time for proper walk through at both pickup and drop off. Thank you for thinking of us for your next memory making adventure. Strict non-smoking policy. No climbing on roof or making changes to interior components without Owner consent.
