Campground fees are separate between you and the campground of your choice and you are responsible for those charges in addition to our rental charges. At the end of your stay we will pick up the RV and remove from your site. All you have to do is show up with your clothes, personal care items and groceries and you're ready for camping. Upon check out, we ask that you clean items used and put away inside coach and make sure you collect all your thing.Delivery and Set up and pick up and self drive for local use is limited to RV parks and dry camping that can accommodate large RVs. We will not set up or allow self driving off paved roads. Examples of areas that are acceptable for dry camping include all campgrounds along Highway 128 in Moab. Camping along Kane Creek up to where pavement ends. No camping beyond Kane Springs. Sand Flats area is permitted as well as RV camping within the State and National Parks.Long distance, self-drive travel will be considered on case by case basis and rates will be quoted individually. (Generally $25-$75 more per night depending on season and estimated travel distance.) Listed rates do not apply to self-drive rentals.We are pet friendly but do require pre-approval on all pets. Additional cleaning fees will be required (+$25) and damage deposit will increase from $500 to $750.Please be aware that the motor coach is equipped with a generator for dry camping and will power all appliances including the AC. However, the waste water is limited to 55 gallons for both Grey and Black water. Off grid camping will require that you are frugal with water usage to avoid having to move coach or contacting pumper truck for eliminating waste tanks.

We will deliver & setup the motor coach in any Moab area RV Park/campground you reserve. We will also deliver & setup in RV Parks/Campgrounds within a 200 mile radius. Additional charges will apply for delivery and set up outside of Moab. Minimum rental period may apply for delivery beyond one hour from Moab. We will not deliver and set up for dispersement/boondock camping outside of Moab.
We will deliver & setup the Motor Coach in several acceptable dry camping spots in the Moab area. You must reserve first or meet us at a designated time to select your site in first come, first served campgrounds. RESTRICTIONS WILL APPLY. Some examples of acceptable dry camping spots are, any campground DIRECTLY along Highway 128. Any camp ground on the paved section of Kane Creek/Rte. 279. Any RV site directly along Sand Flats Road that will accommodate a 32 ft RV.
Pickup/Self-Drive dry camping will be limited to specific Moab areas. These approved areas include - Any camping in Dead Horse State Park, Arches or Canyon Lands National parks, that has approved 32ft RV spaces. RV camping DIRECTLY along the PAVED portion of Kane Creek Road. Camping along Kane Creek beyond Kane Springs is prohibited. All camping along Highway 128 that will accommodate a 32' RV is permitted. You are not permitted to take the RV off paved roads for dispersement/boondock camping.
Our RV rental program is primarily a Moab based service. Any self-drive, long distance RV rental inquires will be considered on a case by case basis and must be reserved through Outdoorsey.co for insurance purposes.
Pets require pre-approval and must be supervised at all times. Pets are not to be left alone in the motor coach.
Towing is not permitted.
