A queen bed, sofa bed and dining table that converts into a bed, a large deep sink, Ms. Winnie also has high-end components! (A furnace, water heater system, cable hookup/satellite hookup, flat screen tv, dvd player, and radio.)

Don’t let strangers use or stay in the RV (registered guests only).
You are responsible for removing trash, emptying the gray and black water (unless you choose to pay us do it) and washing dishes.
Please use the outdoor sprayer to hose off any extra messy situations
Please do not have the awning in the "out" position if it is windy.
Delivery and pickup may be possible depending on the location, time, and date.
Cleaning/service fee 130.00
If the following tasks are not done by the renters the following fees will be added:
propane tank/tanks re-fill 30.00. Will come with a full tank and a partially full one.
dump fee 100.00 Plus a delivery fee based on mileage if requested.
*IF ANYTHING IS MISSING FROM THE INSIDE OR THE OUTSIDE OF THE CAMPER WHEN IT IS RETURNED THERE WILL BE A 50.00 CHARGE ALONG WITH THE PRICE OF THE ITEM MISSING*

I have been here for about 19 years (moved from Alaska). Married to a born and raised Moab local and we have a sweet dog (duke). In our spare time we like to hunt, fish, and camp. When we are not able to due to hectic work schedules, I feel like it would be nice for someone to be able to. So I would like to share the experience! And without having to pay hotel prices and being able to go where ever you want to and have the comforts of home with you...why not? So I hope that you enjoy your stay and make lots of awesome memories!
