Have the peace of mind knowing that wherever our Ram pick up goes so does our Lance 825. Fit into small areas without worrying about pulling a long trailer or driving a huge Motor home.Brand new 2022 Lance 825. Sleeps two adults in the queen size bed. One adult or two small children in the dinette when converted into a sleeper and one small child in the overhead bunk.

We will have the propane filled when picked up by renter. The fresh tank will be filled based on renters wishes when picked up. All hoses and power chord provided. We can provide utensils, plates, bowls, cups, pans as requested by renter. If you need anything else specifically for your trip just let us know and we will see if we can accommodate you. IF you are boon docking in the mountains or beach or staying at your favorite rv resort, you will have the prefect rv to do any of those. Awesome for weekend trips or multi state long adventures. We have only owned the camper for a month and already have 3 trips under our belt including a trip to San Francisco, boon docking at the beach in Monterey, and stayed at a local rv resort. No smoking or pets in the truck or camper. Rental will lose entire deposit if either pet or smoking is detected in either camper or truck and be 100% financially responsible for any damage above the deposit caused by either. Grey and black tanks will be empty upon pick up and expected to be returned empty. Per the add ons section if returned not emptied I will empty for a charge of $95. Propane will be full at time of pick up and expected to be returned filled. If not full I will fill for a fee of $75 ( please refer to add ons)
