It has a queen sized bed, a dinette conversion and bunks. A/C and an electric fire place/heater. It’s a little less than 3000lbs dry weight and is 21ft long. It has one battery and one propane tank. The awning also has LED lighting to give a little extra light on the outside. It comes included with everything to fully hook up at a full hook up. Both her and her and husband are very nice people and were accommodating when it came to our questions about the different features this trailer has. 5.0Rachel was an excellent and communicative host from the very beginning. We rented the trailer for our daughter, son-in-law and their two young children. Plenty of room for their family. The trailer was delivered and picked up when promised and we received a thorough walk through of all of the features. Our daughter said it was clean and very comfortable. Great experience and we would definitely rent from Rachel again!
