Our Coachman is 31 feet, has 3 slide-outs and has a full paint job on the exterior. Our unit is self contained: fresh, gray, black water tanks, generator, outside shower and propane. It sleeps 4, we have never had four sleep in it, its just been my husband and I. The interior is a brown/beige interior and cherry wood for all the cupboards. LED lights throughout that make the motorhome very calming inside when the lights are on. There are 3 televisions in our motorhome: 1 outside (very nice to watch while enjoying the night air), 1 over the cab in the front (this allows easy viewing while sitting on the couch or sitting at the table) and 1 in the bedroom. The bathroom is off the bedroom, one great feature that we enjoy is that the door to the toilet room latches to the opposite wall to make the shower area and toilet room one big space. The bedroom has a queen bed with 2 hanging closets and 3 dresser drawers. Then there is storage over head that's great for linens and such. We do not supply linens or towels, just a mattress cover. You will need to bring your sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels. In the kitchen, we have some pots & pans, utensils, plates, cups, silverware and some microwaveable dishes. We also provide a coffee maker and toaster.. Kathleen's favorite items! But feel free to bring anything you are used to cooking with like a frying pan.
We love pets but they are not allowed. Also, no smoking in the motorhome either, thank you. Using propane for the stove, refrigerator, hot water, and the furnace will cost $4.00 per gallon and may come out of your security deposit if you wish. We thank you for bringing it back clean and the gas tank full. We will do all we can to help you have a great time.

We are Duane and Kathleen, we have 4 grown children and 4 grandchildren. We started camping with a tent and then as we got older we graduated to the motorhome. We enjoy going to historical places. One of our favorite places is Gettysburg and hiking the battlefields. Duane is a veteran so one of our passions is helping other veterans. We volunteer at Clear Path for Veterans, and Red Cross Serviced to Armed Forces. We are looking forward to helping people have a great vacation and enjoying our motorhome as much as we do.
