How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

This Sprinter RV has exterior hook ups for City Water connection if you wish to have permanent or semi-permanent water while parked in a solitary place, i.e. campsite, RV park, etc. There is an electric hook up that is a 30amp lockable interface. If you wish to convert to a 15 amp connection (regular household outlet), a converter power cord will be necessary. There is no sewage hookup, only black and gray tank drainage ports which will need to be dumped propertly at RV site or dump station.

Do I need to empty black and gray tanks before returning?

Yes please!! Otherwise there is an additional charge added to your invoice. You can find RV dump stations at RV campsites and usually at trucking gas stations such as Love's, Pilot, etc. A list of easily accessible dump stations can be found here: https://www.rvdumps.com/

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

We try to be as flexible as possible. If there are other bookings that need the vehicle returned promptly, we will advise that the pick up and drop off need to be timely. Otherwise, we will do our best to accommodate within reason. If you need a substantial extension of time, please ask in advance and an additional charge may be added.

Is Internet available?

R.

On a case by case basis, internet can be added. It is an additional charge, and would have to be requested in advance. It does not come standard with rental package for this vehicle.
