We deliver this modern camper and set it up for you. This camper is equipped with a 9.7 cubic foot refrigerator, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, baking pans. Kitchen has double sink, pantry storage. TV’s in living room and bunk room. Primary bedroom has Queen bed with storage under it. Bunk room has 3 bunk beds and a small sofa that folds into a bed. Bathroom has sink and shower with working toilet. Dinette is U shaped and folds down into a bed. Sofa also folds down into a bed. Radio plays inside and outside. 8/14/25 – Delivery Day
• RV delivered ~1 hour late.
• Condition at delivery:
• Unsanitary: Bed linens dirty, foam mattress filthy, bedding stained with what appeared to be blood.
• Infestation: Ants and spiders in the back room.
• Debris: Substance resembling pepper spilled in the sink.
• Odor: Strong musty smell throughout.
• Owner admitted pre-existing damage (nicks, scratches, and other wear) — I have video proof of him saying this.
• Owner also spoke negatively about previous renters, which was unprofessional.
• Camper was not leveled; owner said he could not level it. Neighboring campers were leveled, but ours was left tilted. Sleeping in the back room felt like being on a slant.
• Witness (Cousin): Confirms RV was unsanitary, bug-infested, already damaged, and that only two adult women stayed in the RV.

The RV was perfect. Very clean and the host provided a few snacks and glowsticks for us. The host responded quickly to questions and was available to help. I would definitely book with them again! Keep in mind that you must bring your own bedding and towels but the beds were very comfortable. The RV was spacious and had cool LED lights.
