This is a great camper for a quick weekend trip or for a long term temporary living. With the large living area provided by the super slide and separate front and rear bedrooms there is plenty of room to be comfortable for a long term stay. Camper has a private bedroom and queen size bed in the front, 3 twin size beds in the enclosed rear bedroom, a dinette that folds to about a full size bed and a sofa bed. Camper comes stocked with basic kitchenware, (cups, dishes, silverware, utensils, coffee pot, and a few pans) TV, stereo, ducted AC, propane heater, and propane water heater. Enjoy the great outdoors with the outdoor refrigerator and stove.This camper weights around 8500 lbs so for safety reasons, I require a 3/4 truck with at least a class 4 hitch and 7 wire trailer light plug with brake controller to pull this camper. Or for an additional fee it can be delivered at a competitive rate as it is conveniently located near beautiful Lake Belton and Stillhouse Lake's numerous campgrounds. I do not deliver this camper outside of the Belton / Temple area.Linens and towels are not included in base price but can be added for an additional fee. There is no mileage fee and out of state travel is allowed, but special conditions apply for out state travel.
