• No Smoking or Vaping inside the RV. Evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning and damage fee. • No Pets unless pre-approved. Extra cleaning fee applies if pets are brought without approval. • Fuel & Propane: Return the RV with the same fuel and propane levels as at pick-up. • Generator Use: Use only as instructed. Misuse that damages electrical systems may result in repair charges. • Awnings: Use with care and retract during storms or when away. Any damage is the renter’s responsibility. • Road Restrictions: No off-road, dirt trails, or unpaved roads except in designated RV parks. • Weight & Towing: Do not exceed weight limits or tow without prior approval. • Cleanliness: Please return the RV in reasonably clean condition (trash removed, dishes washed, holding tanks emptied). Additional cleaning fees may apply. • Air Conditioning: The dash A/C only cools the driver/front cabin while driving. To cool the living area, you must use the generator (or campground shore power) to run the roof A/C unit. Do not attempt to rely on the dash A/C to cool the entire RV.
