Our RV is like new with approximately 30,000 miles on it. Never had any smokers in it. It has most of the amenities of home! We are a family-friendly rental located about an hour away from beautiful Mount Rainier National Park. You are welcome to park your own vehicle in our secured garage while you are on your wonderful RV travels!Please Note!We rent only for travels/destinations within Washington and Oregon at this time. We do not rent for travel to any other states. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that we do have a minimum rental of 3 nights, and also ask that we have a minimum of 3 days following your request before your rental date would start. Also note that our RV is GPS Monitored for your safety.Sleeping options in our RV are Main Suite (short queen, sleeps 2); Cab-Over Bunk (queen, sleeps 2); Fold-Out Sofa (sleeps 1, or 2 small); and Dinette which converts to an optional small bed. Bedding is available for purchase in the Add-Ons section. Of course, you're welcome to bring your own bedding if you wish.Bath Linens (bath towels, hand towels, washcloths) are provided at no charge. Just let us know how many in your party! Due to previous damages resulting in our RV being out of service for lengthy periods, we've decided to rent to experienced motorhome drivers only. We thank you very much for your understanding.NO LARGE VENUES/ EVENTS including camping at The Gorge/ Sports/Tailgating/ Concerts/ Burning Man/Partying, etc. If this rule is violated, there will be an additional charge deducted from your Security Deposit of one day's rental fee, up to the full Security Deposit. Thank you for understanding that these restrictions are due to previous significant concerns/issues with rentals to such venues.We prefer smaller groups/ families and need to know the destination of the trip before approval. No smoking/ tobacco is allowed at any time inside the RV. No climbing on the roof. Awning usage only during the day and never in winds over 10mph, or heavy rains/hail. Any additional charges necessary on return (extensive interior/exterior cleaning/repair, lost or stolen items, etc.) will be deducted from your Security Deposit. Please read the Add-Ons section below for further information. If charges exceed the $500 deposit, the renter will be responsible for additional charges.We allow generous Pick-Up and Return times anywhere between 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. If the RV is not returned within the 11-5 period, depending on circumstances there may be a late charge of $20/hour due to turn around time of cleaning/prep for the next rental. Though we are flexible with our Pick-Up/ Return times, we appreciate the renter's approximate expected timelines.The gas tank will be full at pickup. If not full upon return, you will be charged the current price per gallon at our local Morton station for me to fill up.* Due to WA state weight restrictions, we do recommend that you try to travel lightly!
