Wow! What a spectacularly nice RV and owner! We were first timers, and Mike answered all of our questions cheerfully, was very accommodating, and was super responsive. We don't have experience with other RVs, but I can't imagine a nicer or more fully featured one. Everything we needed, if we just looked for it we found it. Mike's wife made a super informative "instructions" book so we felt confident with set up and tear down - and actually had almost no questions for Mike while we were on the road. The RV is super clean and pretty easy to drive considering its size. Highly recommend!

Mike was amazing! Very easy pick up and drop off. He explained everything perfectly and even had a nifty binder in case we forgot. He was upfront about charges and there was no sneaky charges at the end like some other owners we have dealt with. When we forgot one of my sons important personal items, Mike overnighted it to us! Wow! Super nice. Would definitely rent again. The RV was clean and exactly like pictures, drove smooth and did everything we needed it to!
