This travel trailer does not run short on luxury and even features a King sized bed. The spacious floorpan and modern amenities offer a remarkable experience for the whole family, including the dog(s)! In addition to the king sized bed, the primary bedroom features dual closets with hangers included, niches for personal belongings, outlets for charging, and overhead storage. There are even dual barn doors that close the bedroom off for complete privacy.You'll feel right at home in the spacious L-shaped kitchen complete with a farmhouse sink, three burner stove with vented hood, oven, and built in microwave, and a full size fridge and freezer. Fully stocked with cookware, serve ware, disposable plates, napkins, silverware, paper towels, dish soap, dish towels, basic cleaning supplies, etc. We even include a thermal insulated water dish for the dog! If you prefer to cook outdoors you're in luck. The outdoor kitchen features a pull out flat top grill and a mini fridge. We even include a charcoal bbq for additional cooking options (charcoal not included)A U-Shaped dinette is directly across from the kitchen offering cozy seating for the whole family with lots of storage below. It also folds out into a twin sized bed for those needing additional sleeping. Adjacent to the kitchen is a built in entertainments center fully equipped with a fireplace that can be used for ambiance or has the ability to put out heat. You can even change the color of the flame! Above that is a flatscreen tv and a sound system that can connect to your phone with duel zone indoor/outdoor speakers. And we aren't done. The entire entertainment center is a secret door that leads to tons of shelving large enough to hold all of your travel bags and suitcases. In there you will find the included air fryer, lots of games for the whole family, additional lanterns and lighting, towels, extra toilet paper, and a fan should you need it on those hot summer days!Across from that is a sofa with a fold down table and cup holders which also folds out into a full sized bed.At the back of this unit is a large bathroom with direct access from the outdoors. This means people can come in and out to use the restroom keeping dirt out of the trailer and not disturbing anyone who may be sleeping or relaxing inside. The stand up shower has room for all of your toiletries and a rolling shower door for complete privacy. The vanity features more storage with a medicine cabinet above.Finally there are two full sized bunk beds capable of sleeping up to 4 people. Luxurious bed linens and protective mattress covers are included with each rental.This camper is a dream come true, equipped with everything you need (just bring your personal items), and is the perfect way to complete your vacation. The RV was beautiful and had everything we needed! Brenda is a great host, very responsive and does her best to be accommodating. We only had one hiccup with battery not holding a charge, however Brenda did everything she could to make it right for us. Our son had a blast for his 10th birthday and is now trying to convince us to get our own trailer!

You're welcome to enjoy this unit without hookups but all amenities may not work as advertised. • "Charles" comes equipped with a guest handbook. Be sure to read through the handbook and your rules and regulations document to ensure your safety and to ensure you have an amazing experience. •When delivery is selected check in time will always be two hours after the campground check in time and check out time will always be one hour before campground check out time unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by both parties.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

We are always willing to work with you. Give us the details of your trip and we will determine if additional accommodations can be made. If you plan to tow yourself and are not taking delivery we highly recommend making your reservations one day before and one day after your trip. This gives you time at your home to get everything loaded and prepared for your trip and then unloaded again before you return Charles to his home.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

R.

We will do a walkthrough with you to go over this before you take Charles on the road. There will also be a handbook inside the unit to explain. Be sure to keep an eye on your tanks throughout your trip. We recommend checking them every morning and evening to determine if you need to flush. If your sinks don't drain it is likely that the tanks are just full and it's time to pull them. Upon leaving you always want to flush your black tank first, followed by the grey, and then a hose flush.

How are your RVs cleaned?

R.

Every unit is cleaned and sanitized inside and out before and after every reservation. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us. With that being said, please remember you are in the outdoors and these units are being towed or driven to wherever you are staying. We cannot guarantee a dirt or dust-free experience but we do our best. After all, you're camping!

What is your pet policy?

R.

We welcome any breed of dog so long as they are house trained. We kindly ask that dogs remain off of the furniture and we are happy to provide a bed for your pooch with the purchase of our pet package. No cats or other types of animals are permitted. All persons traveling with pets must purchase the daily pet package and are subject to the additional pet cleaning fee of $50. See additional pet policy information in rental agreement.
