Caitlin is super friendly and extremely responsive and communicative. The RV came with alot of extra ammenities that I didn't think of when setting out. In addition, the RV is well kept, clean, and very comfortable. Everything worked great and was very spacious. I would definitely recommend renting with her.

We had an outstanding experience with this camper rental! From its immaculate condition to its abundance of amenities, it truly felt like a home away from home. The Keurig with coffee pods, the stake for our dog, the black stone grill, and the charming canopy lights made our stay extra special. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautifully set up outdoor table adorned with a cute tablecloth. However, what truly impressed us was the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. Due to their work commitments, they couldn't deliver the camper on Thursday as planned, so they went above and beyond to arrange delivery on Wednesday instead, covering the additional day's cost themselves. This proactive and thoughtful gesture ensured we could kick off our long Mother’s Day weekend adventure without a hitch. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made our trip memorable. Highly recommend!

I want to share my exceptional last-minute rental experience! With the invaluable assistance of a supportive team member, I quickly identified Caitlyn's Keystone trailer, and it exceeded all expectations. Caitlyn and John, our hosts, were not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly accommodating, even when I encountered a couple of mishaps—like accidentally melting the gas hose to their brand-new Blackstone grill and causing some wear on the trailer's electrical truck adapter cable. Surprisingly, the trailer was practically brand new, with items still in their factory protective plastic. It was fully stocked with high-quality linens, dishes, grills, chairs, a spacious dog enclosure, coffee, and even cleaning supplies. The added bonus of solar power made for quiet and uninterrupted nights, eliminating the need for a noisy generator. One standout aspect was the meticulous attention to detail—Caitlyn promptly responded to my booking, and a brief phone call eased any worries. A well-organized binder with user manuals was provided, making the technical details easy to navigate. The spacious and impeccably clean interior, ample storage, and easy towing with my Toyota Tundra added to the overall positive experience. Despite my mishaps, Caitlyn and John remained understanding and friendly. Their generosity, combined with the dedicated support team, truly made this a perfect 10-star rental experience. Though I'm only given the option to submit a maximum 5-star rating, I'd easily rate it as a 10. I wholeheartedly recommend Caitlyn and John to any prospective renters—you won't be disappointed!
