1. You’ll receive the RV with a full tank of gas. Please return the RV with a full tank of gas. A $100 fee will be charged if the tank is not full.
2. The waste and greywater need to be emptied before returning the RV. A $200 fee will be charged if these are not emptied.
3. The RV will be professionally cleaned before each trip, a fee has been added on to each booking to cover the cleaning fee. When you return the RV we do expect it to be clean and your belongings removed. Thank you!
4. Do not leave the awning out overnight, to avoid wind damage.
5. Before driving please make sure that the bathroom vent is closed, the steps are pulled in, the indoor cabinets are closed, the fridge is locked, and all outside storage compartments are locked.
6. The RV can not be used to tow anything.
7. Pickup time is between 8-11 am. Drop off is before 11 am the day of your return.The day you come to pick up the RV we will have a few Outdoorsy forms to fill out, we'll do a walk through of the RV and explain how the features work, and finally we'll have a 15 min. test drive through the neighborhood and on the highway.The day of your return, we will again do a walk through of the exterior and interior to check for damages and fill out a return form.Let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you!Also important to note, we are following the Outdoorsy checklist of CDC-recommended cleaning guidelines. They are as follows:Wear disposable gear while you clean (gloves, face masks).
Ventilate rooms while you clean by leaving the windows and door open.
Wash your hands thoroughly before and after each cleaning.
Use detergent or soap and water to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs.
Once the surface is clean, spray with a disinfectant.
Don’t touch your face while cleaning.
Wash all linens at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer.
While restocking your supplies, take a moment to check expiration dates.
Line your trash cans to make it easier to dispose of waste.
Once you’re done cleaning, immediately take out the trash if it contains cleaning
supplies like used paper towels or disinfectant wipes.We are also following the CDC's recommendation of limiting access to our RV for a minimum of 24-72 hours after each reservation to provide enough time for cleaning and disinfection.
