We want you to enjoy it and treat it as your own, so if it is returned muddy and/or excessively dirty, which is at the sole discretion of the owner, you will be charged a additional $250 cleaning fee. This fee is not to include any damage or stains that will need to be professionally cleaned, repaired or replaced at the cost of the renter. There will also be a $100 fee for cleaning out the Grey and Black tank if those are not cleaned out before the return. Don't worry, I can go over places where and how to do this process on rental.
