My favorite trip was the month that I spent traveling in Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, and Arizona in my Northstar truck camper. All boondocking except for two nights in park service campgrounds to be close to trails I wanted to hike. There's nothing like the freedom of being way off the beaten path, but still having a comfortable place to sleep and relax.
