Owner Responsiveness

Renters consistently highlight the owner's communication and customer service. Positive feedback praises Robert for being 'very easy to deal with,' 'wonderful to work with,' and 'very helpful' in explaining the camper's details, making the experience user-friendly. Conversely, a lack of 'concern/fiscal consideration' for reported problems, or a dismissive attitude like 'I'm just happy we had another camper for you' when a significant issue arises, leads to deep dissatisfaction and impacts future business.

Vehicle Condition

The operational condition of the rental vehicle is a critical factor for renters. Major issues like non-working air conditioning or a broken refrigerator cause significant disruption and inconvenience, even leading to forced exchanges and lost time. On the positive side, a 'great camper in great condition' and a unit that is 'clean and ready at pick up' are highly valued, indicating that renters expect functional and well-maintained equipment for a smooth trip.
