This single axle, easy to tow (medium sized truck/SUV), rugged camper is great for the small family or couple looking for a getaway, or a short-term rental at an RV park. This upgraded camper has everything you need to have a good time including the following features:
- Electric pop-out for more interior storage holding a full size 5-person dinette
- Electric retractable awning with exterior LED lighting
- Electric tongue jack for easy set up and removal (no hand cranking!)
- Upgraded Spa-grade shower with additional outdoor shower
- Interior Fridge/Freezer Microwave, gas range with hood vent, and sink

That emcompasses many great locations like Broken Bow OK, Austin, Arkansas, and much more. As both renters and our family enjoy this camper, this will help us all to enjoy it a little longer, thank you for understanding!House Rules:
1. Have fun!
2. Please do not let your dog sleep on the bed or bunks, please bring their personal doggie bed. There is room on the floor or if you remove the table.

Me, My wife, and our toddler love being in the outdoors. We knew a camper would be the best way to explore new areas around where we live! Coming from Utah to Texas we found ourselves struggling to find things to do outdoors since the mountains were no longer in sight. Having a camper allows us to find new areas around our home and have some great family bonding time.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Im pretty flexible! A work from home job allows me to be more flecible. Pickup around lunchtime or prior to 6pm works best.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Q.Do I need a brake controller?
R.
It is much safer to tow the trailer with a brake controller. If your vehicle has one, great!
If not, I have a universal bluetooth brake controller that I will provide.
Q.What vehicle can I use to tow your camper?
R.
Any vehicle with a tow package that can tow the described weight. Any engine V6 and above or small truck/SUV (4Runner, Tacoma, Explorer, Colorado, etc.)
A weight distribution hitch and ball mount is provided.
