We had some mechanical issues, but the owner responded immediately and came to our rescue right away! Thank you! We had a great time!

The RV was as described, but the owner was “busy” at the agreed meeting time. So we were left to figure everything out on our own. Then after our trip, we get the list of items he’s deducting from the deposit. I specifically paid for black tank clean out, even though we were hooked up to a septic line on our trip. He then claims he had to clean the tank and charge more for “excessive TP use. We also chose the general cleanup fee line item and he wants to charge us for sweeping and wiping down surfaces. This was a great trailer but expect to get nickel and dimed on the return.

Renter was a second time renter which we thought we could trust to know what they were walking into since they had rented the year before. The glass stove top had a missing screw which was there when the renter was given the trailer and the coffee maker had been damaged during rental then flipped around so we wouldn’t see it in the kitchen. The excessive cleaning fee was for the shower, toilet not whipped down properly and having to clean the camper after the rental which included the floors, swept and mopped, all counters. As for the double charge on the black tank cleaning fee I will be sure to refund that. We have a very nice trailer and that is because we take very good care of it. I’m sorry you feel like we nickel and dimed you.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The RV was perfect! It was as clean as if it were just purchased new. Andrew and his wife were amazing hosts and went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed. The communication back and forth was clear and easy. We had a little confusion with the campsite location and Andrew was extremely patient and understanding while waiting on confirmation of delivery location. By the way the RV was maintained, I could tell it was their "baby" and so we treated it as if it were our "baby". Thank you, Andrew. We will def be back next year!
