5.05/5 Stars – The perfect RV for our first family trip! As first-time RVers, taking "Gladys" on our 2-week national park trip was an absolute dream. Kimmie was an incredible host—super responsive and communicative every step of the way (from early planning, to pickup to drop off she was always available). Her clear, easy-to-follow guide book gave us total confidence running all the RV systems, and fellow campers everywhere were always happy to lend beginners a hand! Gladys was amazingly easy to drive through national parks, towns, and steep mountain grades. Inside, she was fully stocked thoughtfully with everything we needed (pots, linens, hoses, leveling blocks) and actually very roomy for our family of 4 and all our gear. Since we primarily boondocked, water capacity was my biggest worry, but the tank lasted much longer than expected. We stayed 5 days in one spot using park restrooms when nearby and didn't even need a refill! We're already planning future trips and will definitely rent Gladys again. The experience was really that good!

She provided the manuals, gave me a thorough walkthrough, and made sure I had everything I needed to take good care of Gladys and enjoy a long weekend of camping. What really stood out, though, was Kimmie herself. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. When I had a question about the parking brake during our trip, she took my call and helped me right away. And when an unexpected situation left me without a way home after returning Gladys, Kimmie went far above and beyond and drove me an hour home. We had such a nice visit along the way, and I really enjoyed getting to know her a little better. Gladys gave us a great camping weekend, and Kimmie made the whole experience even better. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from her again and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a well-cared-for RV and an exceptional host.

5.0We had a blast in this camper. Everything was very easy to use and the camper was easy to drive and navigate onto the ferry over to Madeleine Island and back. Kimberly is an outstanding host and was super helpful. We are already discussing using this camper again next year.
