The use and operation of the camper shall be at the sole risk of the Renter exclusively. To the fullest
extent permitted by law, Renter shall indemnify, protect, defend (at Renter’s sole expense) and hold
harmless PnL Adventures LLC, and all if its members, owners, principals and agents, from and against
any and all claims for bodily injury or death, damage to property, demands, damages, actions, causes of
action, suite, losses, judgments, obligations and any liabilities, costs and expenses which arise or are in
any way connected with this booking/camping activity including the maintenance of the camper
associated equipment and other such camping activities, under this Agreement, by Renter. Said
indemnity and defense obligations shall further apply, whether or not said claims arise out of the
concurrent act, omission, negligence of PnL Adventures LLC, whether active or passive. Renter shall, at
Renter's own cost, expense, and risk, defend all suits, actions, or other proceedings that may be
instituted by a third party against PnL Adventures LLC covered by this indemnification. Renter shall
reimburse PnL Adventures LLC for any expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, that PnL
Adventures LLC incurs in enforcing this indemnification.
