This listing is exclusively for set up at Newport Dunes in Newport Beach. I will deliver and set up RV for you, and when your done, I'll pick up and empty tanks. Bertie is a beautiful 31ft RV with large living room slideout to give you tons of space in the kitchen, dining, and lounge area. Queen bunk above cab with comfy linens/comforter and blackout curtains. Queen bed in the back with comfy linens/comforter and blackout curtains. Sofa in living room can be used as bed for child. Fully stocked kitchen, with pots/pans, silverware, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses, coffee pot/tea kettle. Linens and towels provided as well! All you need to bring is your luggage! No extra expense spent on gas!!! Newport Dunes is an exceptional RV resort located right on the Back Bay with access to kayaks, Sups, and in the summer, blow up obstacle course on the water! My name is Mary and am excited to share my RV with you! I'm a newby to the RV world, but the love affair was immediate!! I love to roam with my Golden Retriever. Sometimes I'll go with a friend or my son, but the solo trips are amazing too! There are so many great spots in the West to boondock and get away from it all! I have always been a nature lover and outdoor enthusiast! Hiking, biking, skiing, kayaking... I love it all! Bringing the RV into the mix has opened up a whole other world to me! Now I can sleep on the Rim of the Grand Canyon, or sleep by an unpopulated lake in Idaho and watch eagles flying overhead! Hearing nothing but the breeze thru the trees or a lone wolf howl, fills your soul! And I love that I feel protected in my RV instead of a tent! The opportunities are endless. The rv community is so friendly and helpful when you need it. Best advice is go with the flow.... if your plan doesn't go the way you thought, that's okay! It's usually at those moments new adventures and roads present themselves, and works out even better!! Before purchasing this 31ft RV, the largest one I had driven was 27ft. I was apprehensive at first, but you quickly get used to the size, and having a backup camera helps tremendously!!! What I love most about my RV is how homey it feels and the amount of space I have when the slide is open. Even when the slide is in, there is still a lot of room to get around so you're not hindered if you have to camp with it in. I also love that the bed is in the rear and doesn't have to be tucked away or made up every time you drive away. Happy travels!!!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Pick up can't be earlier than 7am and drop off no later than 6pm.
Q.Is there somewhere I can park my car when I pick up RV?
R.
Yes. There is dedicated parking for no more than 2 cars. One can park in my carport, and the other can park in visitor parking with my pass. Please note that visitor parking spot needs to be moved to different spot after 3 days, so you will need to leave me your keys in order to do that so you don't get ticketed.
Q.How do we keep the bathroom from smelling?
R.
I use Happy Camper added to the bowl after tank has been drained with about 2 gallons of water. Use minimal paper, and after #2 make sure you flush with decent amount of water.
