5.0Brian was extremely helpful. His camper fit my needs perfectly and he worked with me on extras. He was open about the items to watch out for and extremely understanding about the weather conditions that caused issues in the camping area on the way out. We were only two grown men in the trailer and it fit us perfectly.

3.0the trailer stinked of toilet cleaning liquid, even opening all the windows on the trailer the smell didn't went away during all trip. TV remote didn't work, not that we planned to use it a lot, but expected everything to be in working conditions. The AC is very noisy, lucky we didn't need at night, because probably couldn't sleep with it on. there was not mention in any of the description the the trailer is a bunk trailer, my mistake I didn't clarify this, bummer. the host was never on time.
