We are a pet friendly rig subject to approval, so please reach out and verify this prior to renting. Please note if you return the RV full of dog hair, you will be subject to additional cleaning fees. Please note the size of the toy hauler portion below.Interior Layout: There is a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, with storage underneath for suitcases or gear. The living room doubles as the toy hauler garage, and the rear dinette folds up and out of the way for loading. The dinette also turns into an additional bed (its more like a king sized bed) to sleep 2 more adults. total sleeping capacity is 4.The dimensions of the cargo area is 13.5' long by 67" wide. I have fit a 2021 Polaris ranger crew 1000 premium with stock tires and no lift in it, however my new NorthStar with the full cab enclosure does not fit due to the doors. There are D rings on the floor for cargo management. Please note if your UTV is wider than 64", it will probably be too tight to fit. The garage opening is roughly 6.5' tall. Renter is responsible for verifying the UTV fits before renting. I will be happy to help however I can!Generator Use: Please note I have a portable generator available for use, but please verify prior to pickup that it is needed so I have it loaded up for you.All cables, hoses, leveling blocks etc are included in your rental. I have various adapters to insure the water and electric requirements at your campsite of choice is met, but incase there is an oddball campsite you are going to and want to confirm I have it, just let me know. A weight distribution system is also provided.Towing: Please note your tow vehicle in your booking request. This toy hauler is half ton towable (Ram 1500, Ford F-150, Silverado 1500, Etc. depending on configuration) It is a heavy camper, so ensure you are comfortable towing. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

If it is during the week, I am not very flexible unless its after work. However, if it is a weekend, we can work something out.

A portable generator is included upon request! please ensure you let me know prior to pickup if this is needed.
Q.Can my vehicle safely tow this camper?
R.
Please see your GVWR sticker in your tow vehicle to ensure it is rated for this trailer. Due to it being a toy hauler, it has a heavier than normal tongue weight to anticipate a load in the rear. Please note that even though it may tow it on paper, it is still a big RV and can be uncomfortable in unforeseen road conditions. You will need to ensure your comfort level and tow vehicle are adequate prior to pickup.
