We call It the Land Yacht, it's easy to set up, push the auto level and walk away. ( you can manually adjust the jacks to suit) It's a home away from home. with full hookups you can stay for months ,it has a heat pump in the rear during the winter as long as it doesn't fall below 28 and if it does the furnace automatically kicks on and never misses a beat, it has 3 TV's 2 indoors front and back and 1 in the basement. Has a 12 gal. hot water tank a combo washer/dryer good size refrigerator does not have an ice-maker but there is a portable ice maker that will go with you. It has 2-30# propane bottles that will last several days if you have to run the furnace.I bought the camper new and actually worked out of it across the country since I've had it. The refrigerator has never been off since day one and I run a dehumidifier 24/7 365. When it's not traveling it's stored in a 30'x70' fully enclosed shop plugged in with the fridge running and dehumidifier running. It does not have a generator hookup but if there's a need for one it will be available for rent. This unit has 6 slides and one 14 ft. awning. it has plenty of storage up top and below it will accommodate 5 adults or 2 adults and 5/6 kids. There's a king size bed in the master , a full in the front living area and couch in the very front for sleeping. It has a fireplace heater that will heat off electric and will heat the front living well. It's just an awesome camper pulls easily with a 2500 single wheel .
