Very Clean travel trailer ready for your next fun filled family adventure! Linens and basic kitchen essentials provided! Also available are tons of yard games to choose from as well as 10 ft kayak.Ce qui est inclusThere is one queen bed in the front, twin over double bunks, easy fold out sofa sleeper, and a table that converts to a bed. Comes with basic amenities such as linens, towels for 4, standard kitchenware and toilet paper. 4 fold up camping chairs and awning rug. For small fee, available upon request is bed safety rail, yard games , portable grill, and more. This is our personal camper so it’s in excellent well taken care of condition.

There is no smoking in the camper or under the awning. Fire pits do need to be far enough away to prevent burns from ashes and such on the awning mat. no grilling on the mat either. The septic will need to be emptied at the campsite by the renter. Everything must be removed from the fridge prior to departing at drop off. Outdoor games are located in outside hatch storage, while dvds and indoor games are located in cupboards below queen bed.
