were older folks who love to meet people and love Dogs. we live near Yosemite national park, a beautiful park , a must see. Plus many can camp at Bass Lake and other near by areas.
We have used it for years lightly and consequently we maintain it and keep it clean.
it has a double bed, a seating table makes into a bed and bunk bed above that, sleeps 5.
