This vehicle is to remain smoke free. No climbing on the roof. No driving in the sand or off- roading, please keep it on the pavement. Enjoy all the luxuries of this beautiful 2021 Class C RV -Waste Holding Tanks: Waste holding tanks must be emptied prior to return. $135 dumping fee if the waste tank is not empty. -Gas: The gas tank will be full when pick up the RV. The RV must be returned with the same amount of fuel that was in the tank when you picked it up. If the gas is not at the same level you will be charged $5/gal. -We allow pets, but an extra cleaning fee applies. Our current pet fee is only $50 for the entire rental period. -Remote controls or RV Keys: A $150 fee will be charged for each lost key and/or remote control. -No smoking VAPING: Smoking or vaping (including cigars, pipes, drugs, etc) in the unit forfeits your entire security deposit. - Cleaning: Unless you select to add cleaning with your reservation,The RV must be returned with a clean interior. If you pay for cleaning, the RV does not have to be returned clean, however it cannot be trashed or so dirty that it is filled with trash or dirty beyond what is reasonable for a vacation. If you did not pay for the cleaning at the time of rental or did not choose the all inclusive package, the cleaning fee is $125 if the unit is returned dirty. -Speed/Safe Driving: The maximum speed allowed in RVs is 65mph. This is primarily for the safety of you and your family. RVs are fun and easy to drive, however any large & heavy vehicle reacts differently in emergency situations or tire blowouts -Travel Restrictions:RV can not be taken outside of USA. -Awning: Please do not leave awning out in windy or stormy weather or leave awning unattended at anytime. Do not hang or tie anything on awnings or let children play near. Thank you!
